Most of the other on-line car rental brokers use the same source for their availability information. Because this is a global source the cars listed are usually not the same as the car that you will find in that location. So you may be looking at a car on their web page which is only available in the United States but the car available for that car group in Thailand is totally different.
Diamond Car Rental deal directly with five leading car rental service providers who operate within Thailand, our listing is a full listing of the actual car types available from those service providers, so if you want a Honda Jazz you would usually be supplied with a Honda Jazz. In the rare occasions where your car choice is not available then you will be supplied with a similar car type.
This is a full listing of all the car types available from each service provider & we cannot always guarantee the availability. If your first choice of service provider is fully booked for your car group choice, we will try to source you with a similar car from the next service provider in order of price & location. If a similar car group is not available at all, we will try to source a car from the next group up. If we can source a car for you and the price is changed upwards then we will contact you, usually by telephone before we confirm your booking. Your credit card will not be debited until you have confirmed your acceptance of the replacement car. Please be sure to book the car size that you require, it is very rare for car rental companies in Thailand to give free upgrades.
In the rare occasion where we are unable to supply a car at all or if the replacement car is not acceptable & you do not confirm your booking, there is no charge & we will not debit your credit card with any money.
