A 15% deposit is required to guarantee confirmed bookings.

Completing and submitting an on-line booking form will be considered to be your confirmation of a request for a guaranteed, confirmed booking.

Your credit card will be charged the deposit as soon as we have confirmed the booking with the service provider.

Pay the balance to the service provider when you collect or when the service provider delivers the vehicle

There are no refunds given in any event other than if the service provider fails to provide a vehicle.

All of the service providers will require a bond, either in the form of a cash deposit or a charge against a credit card before the hirer can take delivery of the car.

Indo China Holidays and Tours recommends that hirers take out travel insurance that includes reimbursement should you have to cancel your trip at short notice.

Indo China Holidays and Tours recommends that before you sign any documents you fully understand the meaning of the documents and your responsibilities following your agreement to the terms and conditions stated on the documents.

The service providers provide adequate insurance cover for hirers meeting the insurance companies’ requirements. In cases where the hirer or an additional driver has given incorrect or false information then the insurance cover may not be effective. It is probably illegal to drive a motor vehicle without insurance cover.

Driving under the influence of drink or drugs will immediately violate the terms of the rental agreement and the insurance cover.

No insurance cover is provided if a hirer or an additional driver is driving under the influence of drink or drugs.

If you are involved in an accident whilst driving under the influence of drink or drugs you will be liable for all costs resulting from the accident.

The service providers have the option to alter the vehicle type for a similar vehicle.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hirer has booked a vehicle suitable for their use.

Neither the service provider nor Indo China Holidays and Tours can guarantee that a change of vehicle to a different type will be available.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hirer and any additional drivers have the correct documents as required by the service provider available at the time of collection of the vehicle.

Indo China Holidays and Tours recommends that all non national hirers purchase an international driving license in their home country.

Indo China Holidays and Tours is a booking agent for the service providers.

Indo China Holidays and Tours is not responsible for the actions of the service providers or their staff.

Indo China Holidays and Tours is not responsible for the vehicles or their maintenance or the insurance cover provided.

Indo China Holidays and Tours will provide the hirer with a part paid voucher for collection of the vehicle.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide the correct delivery/pick up information.
The voucher will include the name and telephone number of the service provider.

The hirer is responsible for locating the office of the service provider.

Where the service provider is delivering the vehicle to an address that is not the address of the service provider, no responsibility will be accepted by the service provider or Indo China Holidays and Tours for late delivery where the delay was caused by circumstances outside of the service providers control.

Failure to return a vehicle to the correct office or at the correct time may result in an additional charge.
